I've just bought one from Leisure line campers (check out website on FB) and am really happy with it so far. I'm going camping this weekend to check out how it goes after putting it up at home today.

Depends what you're thinking of buying Trev. If you're talking the top of the range ones (@20k), I would say no. I think you can buy better elsewhere. If you're talking the lower levels, Desert Seeker Base, or Desert Seeker deluxe, probably ok. You can buy some excellent campers second hand that are well set up. Check out myswag classifieds etc. That is assuming you don't mind buying second hand... I think the desert sky campers are good quality, and well priced too. Just my opinion though!

Cool. look forward to your report.

38 to sell? wow, that's a lot of trailers. Does this mean they are going out of hire, or are they just turning over the stock?

First few times will take you 20 minutes with annexures. Gets much quicker after that, especially with 2 people.

If the trailer has a fault it would be it is heavier than normal (cheapies), but that is the price you pay for 100mm steel for strengh.

I disagree with Iantz. For the qualityand features and canvas thickness etc I think they are well priced. And yes, Dodgy can get around a grand off the new price.

They will also put the same rim sizes on (before the build) so you mathc your rig. My problem is I bought it when I had the 90 wih 16inch and then upgraded to the 120 2 weeks later. You cant upsize the rims because it affects the tent floor sitting properly etc.

May have something to do with them buying out Cameron Campers about 18 months ago and another mob recently.

Hmmm, purchase of an ex-rental... Sounds like a good idea - although, for the moment I might continue to hire from Challenge.
Will have to think about this...

Having seen Robs I think they look the goods and have been secretly 'coveting thy neighbours camper' for a while now...

Sorry Michael but the time had come and I didn't leave much time to get myself something else. But for my circumstance it was time to go backwards into a camper trailer.
