SWMBO & I have gone from Nokia to iPhones and an iPad and love them! I can't wait to get an iPhone 5 as the 3GS is 2.5 years old and slowing down with reduced battery life!

I think this is a bit of the old Toyota v Nissan argument. Those with iPhone's will say they're the best, those will others will say they're the best. To put my 2 cents in, I have a HTC Desire S and love the android operating system. iPhone's are great if you've got all the apple gadgets (ipad, macbook, apple tv) as they can be synchronised together, not a fan of iTunes though if you need to connect to a windows based laptop/computer.Paul

I have gone from iPhone 4s to Sony Ericsson arc s and it is a much bette r phone in every way. No more I tunes freezing the computer constantly which is also an added bonusComment

Love my Iphone4s - just downloaded the new IOS6 (go to settings - general - software update and update to IO6)
Took about an 1hour to download and update - all existing app etc are there
Google maps is gone, with new maps system looks better, safari and mail loading quicker
Just got the Iphone5 - without the bigger screen.... why wait

Thanks Kimbo, I thought I would be smart and doing this morning, had some sort of failure then somehow the phone went into restore mode and I lost everything then had to restore from back up etc!!!!
3 hours later I have a phone that sort of resembles something I had yesterday!

I can't believe it myself. Apple certainly have learnt the art of hype and consumer WANT. Yeah, I think the days of me lining up for anything are over - unless there is a MASSIVE sale at TJM!
But upgraded to IOS7 on my iPhone 5 and iPad 2 - see how the battery life goes. On a whim, I made the mistake of setting music match on my iPhone. Promptly, wiped my playlist and decided that all my music needed to be in the "cloud"...
