Why would that not suprise me  I worked there about 15 years ago the owner is / was sitting on a gold mine . When I was there my ex's father who is a carpet layer turned up there to fill up with fuel and we were both supprised to see each other there so I invited him out for dinner he said yes if he could leave his trailer somewhere over night so I asked the boss and he said no problems just park it in the yard at the back so he did and we went out for dinner following morning he went to pick up the trailer and the boss would not open the gate unless he paid $250.00 storage   I am not sure if the same company that I work for still has the dealer ship but sounds like the sort of thing this spineless bas****d would do

How come the dollar value for oil has fluctuated anywhere between $65 to $93 per barrel over the past 12 months but we have been paying a constant $132.9 per litre for diesel over the same period here in Kalgoorlie?

Fuel price war happening in Adelaide today between the major players (Unleaded only  ). Just filled the wifes car tonight at a display price of $1.043/L, minus the normal Woolies 4c/l.

$1.003 for unleaded...... it's like a time warp.

In our case we had an 8c/L discount on our Woolies card from a previous promotion.... so we paid and incredable 96.3c/L ($0.963/L)

Not sure of a war here in Sydney at present, but we've been told prices are down and may go lower.

Message obviously not getting through to some outlets though - Caltex 1 km from home was selling ULP at $1.30.9, Shell a few kms further up the road had it at $1.04.9.

Guess which didn't get my business?.......

And the fuel companies tell me they go on the wholesale price of unleaded in Singapore as Australian has world parity pricing. What a load of crape. It doesn't matter what the dollar is worth nor the $ barrel. It all stems from companies and governments wanting to make money from the taxpayers, thats all of us, and the more you use the more they get!!!

Funny, the prices jumped in Perth and basically matched what we were paying here in Kalgoorlie the other week. Our prices have stayed the same for a couple of months and the Perth prices eased back to where they usually sit. So someone's getting ripped somewhere.

I'm sure the floods will be blamed for this one as well...
I've heard them say Ethanol will be in short supply due to the crops being damaged but surly that shouldn't effect regular unleaded :?
