A couple of weeks ago we were at a friends 40th and all the girls were chatting and getting on the booze when one of SWMBOs friends says how much fun their "girls cruise" is going to be in a couple of months. I looked at SWMBO and said "honey why aren't you going on this cruise with the girls??" With a puzzled look on her face she replied "oh did I forget to tell you I'm going on cruise with the girls." then they all just laughed at me.
Bloody women!!

My wife doesn't grumble too much about the latest 'must have' gadget purchase I forget to mention until PayPal emails her the confirmation... Last January my wife went a for a week long stay in an all inclusive resort with the girls, that she 'forgot' to mention until the last minute. It's amazing isn't it, they can remember back to the day, place, & time to the minute when us fellas do something that annoys them, but a trip they've booked and all been chatting about for the last 6 weeks just slips out of her brain when she's in my presence lol.
Mind you I can't complain, several times I've walked in and said honey it's just sort of happened but me & the fellas are going up north fishing for a week or so......and we're leaving in the morning so can you pack me some clothes & toiletries, and organise some pre made food for us to take?? But don't worry about getting any meat honey....we will get that on the way.
She shakes her head and calls me a wanker, but always comes through with the goods without fail.

This reminds me of something that i seen the other week. I parked next to a 150s [was in my work ute] which was parked next to a Pajero ,both 4x4s had a few bits of accessaries on them except the Pajero had a nice set of newish Coopers tyres fitted . Then out of the Prado a couple hop out with the lady making a bee line straight to the Pajero to give the Coopers a once over while barking comments to her husband about how good the tyres are and that they should get some. I am now thinking that this bloke has a keeper of a wife when she has that much interest in a 4by tyre. I then proceeded into the BCF shop where i was having a bit of a browse when i heard a women 's voice asking anyone who she passes ,"do you own that Pajero out there with those cooper tyres fitted,I want to find out what they are like" . Well i then thought yep that bloke has done real well with a wife who not only suggests that they are the tyres that they should be buying but then says that she has been reading good things about them. I contiinue my looking around the BCF where i find this lady telling her husband that they need to get this chair and that thingo and she also wanted to look at some new fishing gear. Well i left the shop thinking that maybe the husband had no chance of deciding what he should get for the Prado as she would make those decisions,but he is better off than most of us blokes. I left thinking about my own experience where for every bit of gear I get for the Prado i have to furnish an impact statement,financial statement, alternative solutions to the wife and that is after buying it out of my own cunning kit account. I though some blokes are just blessed and probably don't know it. She probably even looks after his lube services as well ! , no that would be would just to hard to believe.New 2015 150s GX 5 seater with floor mats, towbar and a big wish list

We were watching 4wd TV the other day (in passing i admit) and a ute was being driven over some moguls using diff locks. Wife says have I got diff locks? No, I was going to but bought a painting. Oh. I have fitted the switches. Ok, maybe a later this year then. For some reason I forgot about TC. Just for the record ,which side of the possum do i shave ? And what sort of razor works best ? Electric or cut throat ? Can you buy pre shaved possums ? Any information would be greatly appreciated03 grande v6 , with added stuff that makes it go places . RTFM people !
