Due to all the negativity and constant complaints directed at the swmbo thread and at individuals of that thread, I am leaving.

Double standards abound here and once the "elders" of this forum have banned together and passed judgement nothing else matters.
I do not regret one second for my part in the swmbo thread. The only part i will apologise for is the use of Possum in and around other threads..that was poor judgement, a mistake on my part. For that I am sorry.

I am not sorry for making friends on here, nor am i sorry for contributing in ways that may have helped others. I along with others have been judged , tried and now executed by " The Mob" mentality.

I do not bare any malice or resentment towards any individual, we are all different and all react different.

Why i am i writing this? For no other reason than to say sorry it did not pan out.

I've learned that most of the Council's Staff Policies are all about the 1%'ers - usually one or a handful of people wreak things for everyone else. Then bring in HR or Unions to somehow prove them right, usually it doesn't work in their favor.

I haven't commented about this PP "issue" before, because frankly the whole thread was lost on me. It was like walking in and only hearing the punchline to a joke that you don't know.

I'd rather be drooling over some of the build threads, and realizing that those Champagne tastes will have to suffice on cheap light beer option. I also have a great amount of "online" respect for those that contribute technical knowledge.

Have to agree, I left a blinding forum once all because of an @##*&!E who decided He was going to make me go and I did and in the end they got rid of HIM , believe it or not he was actually a board member !!! a better way is to put the immature children who offend you on the "ignore list" I've just put one there who reckon's I've been "getting away" with dodgy driving for the last 40 years, it constantly amazes me that people who've NEVER met you, know NOTHING of you have got you all but tried and sentenced, god I hope I never go to trial and end up with a narrow minded crew like that, no mate THEY aren't worth it...................

Sorry to see you go Steve because of the misunderstanding and I am sorry that you feel that you have been judged unfairly by people that did not take the time to investigate the situation fully.

Looks like the company you keep on this forum decides your fate and not the facts.

I for one would like to see Steve's posts remain as he has made some good contributions that will help people.

I think we all need to get back to what bought us to this forum in the first place, Prado's, 4wding, camping and some great company and friends we make along the way. It's human nature, not everyone is going to get along all the time otherwise life would just be boring. As I say to my team when they have a whine about another department, technician etc - be the bigger man.

Shame to see you go Steve as it was a also a shame to see MLC go.

Lets all get back to basics - this is after all called Pradopoint not Pajeropoint, and we all know what pajero means in Spanish .

A quick look at Steves profile will show he hasn't left... I have seen this so many times on my usual forum. Someone cracks the sads, takes their bat and ball, goes home, realizes that its boring as bat shit by themselves, come back without attempting to make an entrance, they just get on with life and no one mentions it again.

This forum is no different, just smaller.
