News reports today concerning water in diesel at Shell outlet in Perth suburb of Karawara. Confusion abound as some motorists were still using the contaminated pumps. Several motorists reported engine problems. One woman, who had filled her car, only to be told that she still needed to pay for the dirty fuel. No help in getting her car sorted from the outlet. Shell did not know how water came to be in the tanks but said recent heavy rain may be the cause. The company said that any motorist that had a problem should contact the company and bring their receipts.
