I am getting a very sore neck trying to spot another Prado with a PP sticker, even amongst all the interstate vehicles! But despite the hundreds of Prados getting around - no luck yet! :cry: :cry: :cry:

I'm seeing a trend in this thread start to emerge - is it just reflective of the public at large or would it pay for someone who's really keen to spot a PP'er to stake out their local Maccas :lol:

Guy's, I drive every weekday from Maroochydore to Virginia for work and am yet to see a PP sticker.I would have thought i would see plenty on a Friday arvo heading to coast or DIfor weekend.

I'd have to agree with you there. DI,......what a top place to spend the weekend.
Maybe we juwt aren't heading in that direction at the same time. You couldn't help but notice the sticker as the traffic is always standing still o na Friday arvo on the Gateway Northbound

Spotted Pcm120's Prado heading to work down the Port Expressway this morning. Not sure if it was him or his wife driving though.

DI.......The best place during the week when no one else is there. We are actually spending another 1 1/2 weeks there again over easter. Busy time, but should see some other P/Pointers hopefully.We go there regularly every couple of weeks.

Saturday morning I was already fishing up at DI. If i'm heading to DI for the Weekend, I'll leave Friday arvo and shruggle with northbound traffic.
It makes more sense to get the most out of the weekend as I can wake nice and fresh Saturday morning. The weather was spot on over the weekend.
Maybe I should have asked anybody about a PP day trip.
Whilst up there though, I kept an eye out for PP stickers. I saw plenty of Prado's and no stickers. Oh well, its been said B4 that they are quite scarce in Brisbane.

Very interesting Hutch. I haven't seen anotherone extactly like mine in Brisbane. Silver is a pretty common colour though.
Anyhow. i missed your last post about going up to DI. If I knew you were heading up, I could have arranged a meeting point.
Next time I'll PM you and see if you your available. I did see one like yours on Sunday at the BodyWash, but it had VIC plates and an old dude behind the wheel.

Ditto mate!! must admit, mine is on the things to do list though. If you see 'Mr Green' around, don't be shy!! it will either be me or the handbrake driving it! :wink:

You can't miss it, Dark metalic green, 2" lift, micky thompson muddies, color coded sahara bar, airtec snorkel, pretty unique rig up here. :mrgreen:


Although I may have just missed a prime bit of PP 'promotion'.... ops:

heard through word of mouth that the handbrake had a photo of the car posted in the NT news lately due to some questionable parking while at the offspring's school!! :roll:
So, taking this and her many previous discressions behind the wheel into account, it may be better for the public not to associate the rig with PP.....still weighing it up.... :?

Not many of us PPers here in Adelaide. I probably saw Babs once and that was the same description. I'm assuming he lives around this way since it wasn't that far away (near the ETSA building) that i saw him or his wife.
