Spot confirmed Michael, it was a good trip home for a long W/E & good to see heaps of Police out n about.

You're not kidding - I counted 9 boys (& girls) in blue in the space of 2.5hrs.

Even heard the classic old call over the UHF that a double bubble was doing a job on a big one! - Gotta love 'straya mate.

No spots for I dunno how long then TWO spots in one weekend:

Spotted Ondaboat on Sturt Highway near Accommodation Hill - nearly run up the back of him (again) checking out that sweet camper...

Another spot on Chambers Creek with his nice caravan (near my secret campsite) - unfortunately I didnt get his name but Andrew (AMTS) knows him well so thats gotta still count as a spot.

We would have dropped in and said G'day on the way home from Dangalli if we knew you were about.

No chance of any spots in Dangalli though, pretty sure we were the only ones in the park for the 2 days we spent there, didn't see anyone, didn't see any fresh tyre tracks and the UHF didn't make a peep for 2 days.............. just the way I like it

I figured you'd have been somewhere quiet for the long weekend - gotta love gods country for the serenity!

It was a surprise to be putting up a creek in the tinny with the family and have my first PP Spot in months though!!

I finally got spotted yesterday - but not by a PPer. Actually, a 100 series owner and former mate from Kalgoorlie spotted me on Ennis Ave in Rockingham. His missus sent me a text. I could download it if I knew how. Does that count? Just done 2,500km Broome to Perth via the coast. Hundreds of Prados but no PPers.

There are so many member here in Perth, especially NoR lately, but no one has a sticker on there car. Hop to it you lot 😉 so I can not feel like such a weirdo staring at every Prado I see.

That's no good, I was going to drop in and see you in Broome in July. I guess I will just have to do another GTG some time in the 200 to catch up.

The city will only serve to do a few things:
1. Make me appreciate the bush even more and the time spent out there.
2. Give me easier access to all the 4WD and camping shops.
3. Got a big shed to store all my stuff in.
4. Mrs is near to her babies (22 & 23). 10 minutes away now not 2500km.
5. My own home so I can put pictures up on the wall and do what I want to do without the hassles of the landlord.
6. Put me in reach of more PPers and maybe get some weekend action happening from time to time.

As for number 6, maybe we should take a leaf out of the Queenslanders book and organise some beers.
