Phoebe Pearl arrived on the 3rd of November, 13 days overdue, and at 10lb 7oz is certainly to be the 3rd and last child.

Hi guys,
My second is due 14th Jan 2011. First, Taya Jade, is 16mths and loves camping.
Second will be a surprise, guessing a girl.
Making it hard though trying to plan the next trip... missing out this summer

Congratulations to all new recipients of the parental leave package.. or baby bonus..
As a midwife currently working in Emerald, we have no 36 weekers and above left here. All evacuated to Mackay, Brisbane and beyond. However, we have had our first FLOOD BABY arrive in Mackay weighing in at a whopping 4.6 kgs.

Pearlie, how is property, have u had damage, we have cousins out there with their houses under water. Very tough times for the people of Emerald.

Very sad time indeed for some people of Emerald. Surreal kind of feeling, although most of the water has subsided. Out come the mozzies and the stench of rotting and stagnant mud. Not sure whether my Jayco is okay as the owners of the auto elec shop took off on Xmas hols and aren't back yet. Hope is okay but I am still living in a motel room after being evacuated from hospital accommodation. Had time to get all else high and out of danger. Jayco, my 'baby', is behind roller doors on the main street so may have gotten her feet wet, hopefully not much more. All will be revealed by 10th Jan. I was getting a rear camera installed and the company sent all but the actual camera head!! Have only had her for 3 months so not much of a chance to really go places yet, given the weather of late.

My 'baby' is totally safe and was kept high and dry throughout the flooding we had.. Happy ++++

Our first little bundle of joy is due in late September. We have plans to finish the house renovations then sell the house and purchase a new property and move in and unpack, all before our new arrival. God I think we need an extra 9 months. But can't wait to meet the little one thats for sure.

Thats a lot of stuff to get done in 9 months (8 now...) hope you've made a start!!! Congrats too!

My missus is now very round indeed, due 23rd of April (docs changed it from the 22nd)... Which is good - cos that means if i make all my flights on the way home from work that month, then i should arrive on the 23rd - hopefully she can hold it in?

First time I have seen this thread ops:
Hugo Felix (child no. 2) arrived on Melbourne cup day, Nov. 2nd :mrgreen:
He was 6lb 15oz born, but being as serious about milk as he is :wink: , he has pretty much doubled his weight, not to bad for about 13 weeks :lol:
Not convinced about going back for number three..... might have to look at the seating configuration in the prado 8) :lol: :wink:
