It's in the same place that the 757 airliner that flew into the pentagon is at . And the airliner that crashed into the field in Pennsylvania . It's amazing that not one part of any landing gear or engine has ever been found of either of these aircraft . What about TWA 800 which was blown out of the sky and seen by over 300 witnesses but the CIA says nothing ever happened. How did the twin towers fall down a at the speed of free fall without the help of massive amounts of explosives from the inside . I've never been a conspiracy theorist but there is an awful lot of stuff that just does not stack up to proper scrutiny . Damn ill probably get a knock at the door by some men in suits very soon for posting this . I'm now on their radar

The plane was mostly full of Chinese heading home. Therefore, it's finally happened - China is now officially full.

But because the last message happened after the transponder was shut down, that doesn't make sense. If they had pulled the transponder due to any suggestion of an onboard problem, that would have been mentioned in their "goodnight" communication.

The timing of that "goodnight" message is now in doubt. It may have come before or after the identifiers were turned off. Its been said all along that Malaysian authorities were disjointed, inconsistent and contradictory. This is just another in a long line of items supporting that.

Goodnight was at 1:19am. Transponder stopped working at 1:21am. ACARS sent data at 1:07 was not due to send next batch of data at 1:37am.

Now the Thai military are saying they may have tracked the aircraft on their military radar. They didn't mention it before because no one asked them.

Yeah that's interesting isn't it. They didn't think to mention it even after 25 nations and Christ knows how many ships and aircraft have been searching for this for 12 days now because nobody asked . If I was in power I would be thinking about whether I would need to withhold foreign aid payments until somebody begged and released information that was of interest to the rest of the world .

But that seems to be the common thread of this mystery. Lots of theories are plausible and make perfect sense.... except for one or two facts that don't fit that scenario.

Other pilots aren’t convinced, though. In an interview with Business Insider, Michael G. Fortune, a retired pilot who now works as an aviation consultant and expert witness, said pilots preparing to change destination “would have communicated their emergency and intentions to turn around, as well as ask for assistance and direct routing to a suitable airport from the air traffic controllers very quickly.”

Goodfellow also wrote: “in the case of fire the first response if [sic] to pull all the main busses and restore circuits one by one until you have isolated the bad one.”

Fortune, who flew 777-200ERs like the one involved here, said pilots follow a specific procedure when there’s smoke or fire in the cabin. He didn’t buy into the idea that the transponders would have been turned off in an attempt to deal with the problem. “The checklist I utilized for smoke and fumes in the B-777-200ER does not specifically address the transponder being turned off,” he said.
I agree with the theory that the plane was taken off course deliberately. We have heard quite a lot about the Pilot, but curiously almost nothing about the co-pilot other than he was previously a bit slack with security. We're not being told the whole story, I suspect, but my money is on him as the perpetrator.

All the noise about the timing of the transponder being turned off is a media beat up. We can only know that it was turned off sometime after the last communication and before the next one was due.
