  • Easter pocket money

Instead of wasting money buying Easter eggs or other chocolate products what will you spend your pocket money on this week?

I just bought my Prado a new slide for my second bigger Engel and a set of ARB LED park/turn lights.

Bugger Bali, get out and see Australia before we sell it all to China.

New shocks, my front right is weeping on the Grande after 200,000k's.....not happy.
Suppose I got a good run out of them, mainly beach and not too rough offroad.
Noticed an oil stain as the bus has been sitting idle for 3 weeks.

Gonna give the 95 a bit of TLC. Fix oil leak on rear cam shells. New timing belt and water pump while the rocker covers and cams out. Replace all the oils except rear diff cos the locker goes in week after.

My egg budget just doesn't seem to stretch to the lengths yours does

Trying to get away as much as we can with the 2003 GLX 120 Series Prado towing the Jayco Expanda or 5.3 Stacer Seamaster/Merc 90HP.

Having just done mine i see access to the rear shocker top nut was greatly improved after the 90 series. Absolute pain to get at, especially passenger side where the fuel lines are in the way

Remember that issue when I did our 90 series a few years ago!!

To make it worse the Bilsteins have a soft plastic boot instead of metal on top section. Cant just put a socket on it and turn the body to tighten. Supposed to use an Allen key in top of the shaft or as i did bulti grips on the ring where the boot secures.
