      I did say near Harts Range... I am guessing somewhere along the Plenty Highway then... are we now in the same paddock?

            Well, I can find it HERE on google maps, it's on the Plenty Hwy about half way between Harts Range and the Qld Border.

            That looks like a comms tower beside the windmill?

            I don't think I've been past Harts Range, so no idea really...

                And the winner is ntpryce as he mentioned the Plenty Highway first. Its a fair way from Harts Range and its not Injerrabonna Waterhole.

                Like I said when I posted the photo, not sure if it has a name or not, but it was a short distance off the Plenty Highway, we stopped there and had lunch. There was a large water tank, a mill and some cattle yards and it was one of the few interesting features we had seen in many hours of driving. Perhaps I must have blinked when we passed the other 67,347 mills. :wink:

                  Gees... a winner for not even knowing where it was :shock: ! Anyway, I am quickly running out of pics on my computer... will need to scan some in soon (or better still, add to my collection with some new trips :wink: ).

                  Anyway, I don't think this one is as cryptic as Rainmain's last pic. Should go pretty quick - a couple of good clues in the photo.

                                Stuffed up with Manning Gorge - I meant Barnett Gorge. I get stuffed up by the fact you need to go through Barnet Road house to get to Manning Gorge. I always forget this.... So Barnett is my guess
