        Hi Daz
1st is the pic the other side of wave rock at Hyden ??
& Yes had 9 week long service leave and did a trip over to your part of the world I had two visits to Busselton.
        Q. is it fact that the jetty has been closed ? we walked out on it in March & again in Early April when we were in Kal we heard it was closed ???

Yep, the Jetty is closed Spara, assessed as unsafe. You should be thankful you made it out the end & back alive......
Seriously, it was closing anyway for major works, but some Engineer handed his report in the week before Easter School Hols, and then it was closed to protect the public :? .

This rock formation isnt near Wave rock, but its in WA.

Mmmmm, ok, Ill have to start dropping some hints.

The rock formation would have been caused by waves.............

Its in SW WA, and the carpark is on top of this rock formation, where you can look over the Indian Ocean.
            Cheers

And would be able to just see the Southern Ocean from the carpark as well, if this helps as a clue

If no correct guesses by tomorrow night, then I will reveal all.

Perhaps just another photo from a different angle?

Yeah good point NTP, I was thinking I should have added another pic or three. This is obviously one of our well kept secrets in WA. Pity they have just upgraded the road to bitumen most of the way into this place

Dang, bit slow, we agree, last 3 picture taken we believe are between Knobby's head and Cape Hamelin off Cosy Corner Rd.

Sorry Mrs 2 + 4, but going to give it to John V, who was close enough with the answer

The rock formation is directly below the Cosy Corner carpark. The road is along top of ridge, andyes its a nice view, but when you walk down the path to the beach you suddenly realise you are on top of something you wouldnt know is there.

Used to be a camping spot, for families Salmon fishing, would often see people camping there in past times.

Im going to have to be careful giving away locations like these..........hidden treasures in my back yard

                        Over to you John V
