Close enough Violet, it is in Cooktown, and the Hill is called Grassy HIll Lookout.
Captain Cook went there to survey the reefs and bombies looking for a way out.
This photo was on the small drive up.
07 Prado GXL, D4D manual, silver and a fridge with constantly changing beer levels.
I'm pretty sure it is the Fishermens Co-op at Apollo Bay.
The fish is one of many donated to local communities following the Federation celebrations. ( I think ).
They were originally sitting in the Yarra river in Melbourne.

Correct! Well Done!
I thought that if no one had actually been there that it may have taken longer. The hint I would have given is that is a whale shark. Who would have thought that it would be in Victoria?
Since my last one went very quickly, ( you guys are too good at this ) lets try something a little more challenging.
First of all the obligatory shot with the Prado in it.
Need the name of the historic site and the area it is in.
I'll add more pics and clues if needed.

Not much to go by. Looks like an old stock yard on the right and there are heaps of them around the country. Dosn't look like the High Country so I'm thinking NE Victroia or somwhere in SA.
Amazing  ....I thought that one might need a few more hints and pics, given the remoteness.
The cemetry there makes some interesting reading .....
