  • you got it mate

you got it mate......ya beat Spara!!! Fishnut correct too.

Dundas is the spot....located in Dundas Rocks and the centre of the old Dundas Goldfields.....

Whether coming from Esperance or Norseman the Dundas old coach track is a great tour and interesting adventure......well sign posted (there is a booklet of the trail you can pick up in Norseman) with old gold mines, etc etc...well worth a look.

There is even an old cricket pitch in the middle of nowhere. I love exploring old gold mines.

    Your turn Mr Schaffer.

      • I got stuck out there in 99 when Cyclone Vance destroyed Exmouth and continued on through to Norseman. Everything was half a metre under water and all the roads were down for 4 days!

OK, I reckon this might be tough, but this is all the photos I have access to tonight. Will give some hints tomorrow.

          • well

well for non prado specific pic and camping rig shots try the new thread "where the heck are we?".......where there are no firm rules.....the good thing about this thread is that it has introduced me to lots of new sites....very educational while at the same time a challenge. I hope the new thread will do the same.

Fishnut...that is a hard one......I'll have to cogitate on it in the corner for a while!

                  • a loading bay

a loading bay, but not for rail...so that takes out an old woodline then.

                    • no, not a woodline. Cue is a good guess but not quite in the right area. The first photo should get you in the region and then a couple of others to help - perhaps? It's not exactly on the tourist circuit, but with the 4WD, it should be.

and an excuse to show off my dogs, and some more background

Looks like the dogs are having fun....look fit and not over-fed.
They love having a run in the bush no doubt.
                        They don't wander?

                        • ok, so back to this 'spot'...

The boys love going bush and are super fit and very well behaved. They go almost everywhere with us (except national parks) and never wander more than 20m or so, unless they are chasing a stick!

Here's another pic of them with a (very famous) clue. This is taken to the west of the 'spot'
