Either you have been there or checked the rest of my trip pics section of photobucket..
Yep. Pildappa Rock.
A lovely quiet picturesque stop over for a traveller between Ceduna and port Augusta. Formed in a similar process as Ayres Rock, NT (ularu) or wave rock, hyden WA
Your up ChuckReminds me of my safari in Africa. Somebody forgot the corkscrew and for several days we had to live on nothing but food and water.

Just had a thought.
When it is guessed correctly, maybe the poster can give a short description and some insightful info of the spot...?

Chippys right but the short insightful bit after night shift  might require an edit.
Way you go Chippy your on
Heres the edit (A million acres in size, El Questro is located on the eastern perimeter of the Kimberley region, and extends for approximately 80 kilometres into the heart of the region. We stayed there for a night on the way back from Darwin. Its about 30kms down the GGR from the Wyndham end. Well worth a look if your up that way.)GXL D4D AUTO Option pack more to follow & Camprite TL8s

It is the Morgan Ferry.
We stopped there for lunch, on the grassy bank by the river, as we cut the corner off SA and went from Mildura through to Port Augusta.
The tiny little bakery, in Morgan, sells the best pies ... and we just had to go back for seconds
You're up Chuck
Cheers
Chippy
