The troubling thing is, this isnt an isolated case. It seems, in the US, that there are a number of these types of cases. If youre interested, there's a Podcast called "Serial" which looks into other cases of potentially wrongly convicted people.

The "Serial" podcast is quite good. Interestingly the one on this case highlights a few shortcomings/omissions from the documentary, hence why the Innocence Project dropped him. While the author believes he is probably guilty, this doesn't take anything away from the fact that the prosecutor & investigators have a lot to answer for.Aug 14 150 GXL D4D Auto. BFG KO2's. Its a function of elected sherrifs and judges. It helps create cronyism. In small towns with these lack of oversight, people in power have potential to become untouchable. I'm not saying either system is superior, but abuses or anomalies obviously occur.
Sounds conspiracyish I know :-/Last edited by Nik83; 25-04-2016, 08:12 PM.
