I certainly have. And even if he is guilty...theres some big questions that need top be answered by the authorities.

Phew, was beginning to think I was alone for awhile LOL, without doubt a very disturbing Doco Spilsy if you dont believe in conspiracies you will by the end of this one, truly unbelievable aye ?

The troubling thing is, this isnt an isolated case. It seems, in the US, that there are a number of these types of cases. If youre interested, there's a Podcast called "Serial" which looks into other cases of potentially wrongly convicted people.

Big thank you for that , I guess it makes you grateful you dont live in parts of the U.S , as you say hard to believe that level of corruption in a "civilized" country where even the Supreme court wont help you.................

The "Serial" podcast is quite good. Interestingly the one on this case highlights a few shortcomings/omissions from the documentary, hence why the Innocence Project dropped him. While the author believes he is probably guilty, this doesn't take anything away from the fact that the prosecutor & investigators have a lot to answer for.

Your not kidding, in Avery's case that cop "Lenk" should've had the book thrown at him at least a dozen times and still nothing happened to any of them ???
I guess thats what disturbed me the most, how do you get away with that when you represent the law ?

Its a function of elected sherrifs and judges. It helps create cronyism. In small towns with these lack of oversight, people in power have potential to become untouchable. I'm not saying either system is superior, but abuses or anomalies obviously occur.

Sounds conspiracyish I know :-/
