Hi Beach, located at Glenmore Park (Near Penrith). Im loving the weather also and give me summer any day over winter (hate winter) but certainly need some rain before the summer months come. You'd like it here then. Doesn't rain for 6+ months. You can get away with mowing only once or twice through winter if you don't water your grass.
