man, I love Halloween, it's the holiday I enjoyed in the states.
All over our neighbourhood the little ones are crawling around with mum and dad, they love to stop and chat about my pumpkins that I carve....
We get right into each year, the wife dresses up and answers the door, we decorate the outside of the house a little. Hehe, we have a telephone pol on our nature strip and I have a mannequin dressed like a witch riding a broomstick that I tie to it as if the witch crashed into it.

I live in a little circle with a park in the middle. Mums and dads are dropping off car loads of the brats. It's like a mini invasion. SWMBO has strategically placed a big bowl of lollies out the front in the carport next to the Prado.Last edited by Bushbasher; 23-12-2014, 10:18 PM.Dave

How about we spend more energy on Australia Day than American holidays. I agree its for fun but why adopt an American concept. Maybe we can have Marsupial Night when the kids dress up as kangaroos, koalas etc.
