New google option on google maps. Street view,
I have seen the google car driving around our town, And Matt white noticed one at a recent WA tech day at Leachys place, Then again at his work. So he might see him self on it.

Unfortunatly my street missed out, Check out your place. Try and find your Prado..

Had a squizz at this earlier today while at work. Looked really sweet.

Now if only they could go done some really funky tracks to give us a better view of what is out there then that would be awesome.

Hmmm the buggers missed my street too.... which is probably a good thing. No doubt they'll be back though. Anyone think of chucking a big Pradopoint sign up before they go past? Haha

I thought of that... but they go through and blur everyone's face / rego plates for privacy reasons... pretty sure they'll photo shop some pants on you!

We can see ours parked in the garage. When I showed my better looking half, she wanted them take the photo again, except with the garage door down! :lol:

Well I wasnt home, I had actulay mowen the lawn, but i haddent fixed the letter box.
Im surprised how far they have gone with this, you cant even see our place on google earth.
I wouldnt have minded that job for some of the remote areas, they even go as far as Tibooburra.

I like chipy's idea, google mud maps.

Funny, but Google Maps hasn't yet visited Darwin. Looks like they chickened out at Katherine and then turned left to go to WA. :shock: :shock:

Have got Alice Springs covered though. :?:

The street view of my house in Alice Springs is all but obscured due to the camera facing the morning sun (almost directly at the camera). Perfect timing... not :!: :!:
