    Prado sales might go up after you see this...

    This is the new 2010 Patrol boys, supposed to be 2 new engines - I6 and V8. will keep you guys updated.

    I still prefer a Prado to this :-/ They killed the rugged looks...

      Sorta looks like a cross between a L200 Cruiser, Pajero and a Range Rover :shock: ... but still unmistakeably NIssan. I'm still very happy with the looks, style and design of my Prado. :wink: 8)

        I reckon since going away from the completely boxy shape of the older Patrols, they've been getting closer and closer to the cruiser (read: LC80/LC100/LC200) shape all the time.
        This is looking WAY too close to a LC200 I reckon, mind you, they're butt ugly anyway IMO...but if anyone's giving one away, I'm sure I'll change my mind.

        I think Nissan don't have a "base" shape to go from and they're just trying a bit of everything as mentioned above.

        Yep, love the Prado shape.

          Must be cheap the steering wheel is on the wrong side :lol: :lol:

          In all honesty it does look a bit girly to me.

              I'm with you Mav a bloody great Kluger, and the still ugly front standard bumper bar.

                Notice no free wheeling hubs on the front, must be constant 4WD and could also be IFS...

                    nope but i hear it is IFS for sure ... the V8 will be offered with a 7speed auto.

                    will update once i receive any other news, im sure we'll get to hear first because testing is usually done in this part of the world.

                    So IFS it is United Nations will make Toyota sales even better :P

                      Impressive looking dash layout. A revival of the Nissan Infiniti. Toyota could learn a thing or two from them. :mrgreen:

                        Bloody hell ~ wasn't all that long ago when autos only came with 3 speeds.. I note that there's been talk that the LC200s don't often get to use the 6th speed, so not sure how a 7th gear will work.

                          The current MBenz GL series comes with 7 speed auto, so it's nothing new. I agree that there are some teething problems with the LC200 6th gear. hopefully this would all be sorted out before they bring out the LC300.

                            If the LC200 doesnt see 6th, then the Patrol might not see 6+7??? :P

                            i thought the only 2 rugged looking 4x4's on this earth left were the Patrol and the LC70's, one went down and the LC70 lives on !! Its still a Toyota so lets be happy ;-)

                            I sent these pics to the local Neysan dealer and he was like OMG where did you get this?????? :-/
