Re: New Lifestyle Camper - Podium
We have a Lifestyle Explorer 360i, that we have owned for 3 years now....
we try to use it every fortnight, or at least once a month + holidays..
We are really happy with it, I couldn't tell you what a difference the independent suspension makes... Its just awsome..
The 360i was the top of the range back then, the Podium and Extenda didn't exist at that time.
A few thoughts that impressed me when we purchased ours..
The quality of the build... the welding quality and the attention to detail, like the clip to hold the jockey wheel handle up so it doesnt hit the ground and break..
The quality of the tent, The extra height and the tropical roof, makes it at least 6 degrees cooler in summer (IMO) but also keeps it warmer in winter.
The overall room in the trailer and the pinchweld seals etc..
We added quite a few extras to ours at the time, that included the gas strut assisted boat rack, extended drawbar, aditional jerry can holders, extra window in tent (and back then additional door, now standard) as well as drawbar side annex etc..
They were great to deal with and really listended to what we wanted...
But best of all was the price..
Here are a few pics... when we still had our Hilux as the tow vehicle..
I have also installed the Redarc BMS 1215 into it as well... you can see the pictures and read about that here..
