Just ordered a new set of personalised plates in NSW... unfortunately couldn't get the same as NT (already taken). But got something different and just a good (I think). One thing for certain, NT has the best priced personalised plates in Australia. The NSW ones were expensive, especially when you factor in the fact that you have to pay a yearly premium just to retain the plates. Only a one-off fee applies in NT. Ah, those were the days. :|

Here are my new plates and finally fitted to the Prado. I had this combo for my 21st birthday (long ago) and I sold them with a car, finally got them back :!: .
Good pick-up Matt.

Nice work Boys, i thought i would upload a few of our plates as i have about 6 different versions, not to mention colour variations of the different ones.
This one is the wife's car, i got her 15NAP which reads "I SNAP", good plate for a photographer.
The other one is our Brisbane Lions plate we brought back in 2004(when they were winning), we used to have it on the car but one day we managed to get the big man JB(no 16) to sign the plate, since then we decided to frame and mount the plate with the photo of my wife, JB and our princess.
The photo's are only taken on the phone so not super sharp.

Mate it has just finished a few days ago, it was on facebook a few nights ago as finishing in 24hrs!! sorry for the bad news.
As well as been finished the wanted about $3500 for a seven letter plate. Quite a jump over the six letter one.

About 10 years ago, I owned a motorbike called a Suzuki Hayabusa, so attempted to get private plates which said "BOOSA" (BUSA was already taken).
My application got knocked back by the WA Licencing Department because they thought it meant 'Boozer', and that it would portray a negative and irresponsible image to the public... So they accepted my second choice of lettering instead:
"LMFAO".
...because that's soooo much more responsible.....
