    Re: water bladders

We're looking into water tanks as well and came across this site

If bladders don't work out hopefully this might help.

      Re: water bladders

A couple of things that spring to mind from what I've been told (I don't have one as yet but am in the market for one to go in the rear 1/4 panel)

The are very hard to completely dry out between uses so can grow all sorts of nasties in them.

Also the welded seams have been konwn to spring leaks (They are welded PVC)

They can chafe through if against any sort of sharpish edge.

I like the idea that they use otherwise dead space. I'm planning to put one in the rear 1/4 panel to add to the underbody one I already have (25+21lts and no cargo space lost)
