    Tsunami Warning For NSW, VIC & Tas

    HI All,

    I was checking the BOM tonight and noticed that there is a Tsunami warning current for costal areas of NSW, Vic, & Tas. Tassie has already started to experience the Tsunami that was generated by a 7.9 quake off NZ's South Island west coast.

    It will be interesting to see how big this Tsunami will be once it reaches Nelson Bay where I am at the moment.

    Edit: The Tsunami has also been observed at Port Kembla at 10:06 pm tonight.

    Yeah what Tsunami? If you call a 17mm wave a Tsunami. Didnt look like too many people where worried about it. My house in Wollongong is on the coast, mmm insurance yep shes covered.
