Yep, Take a bit of getting used to ....cooking with the lid down  , but really good for extended camping, I have been dragging a Weber 220 around with me for years.

Re: Webber Baby Q
We love our Baby Q almost as much as the Cobb.
If I can't be bothered to crank up the main BBQ I grab the Q out and off we go - actually we cook a bit in the kitchen on the Q. I know it is not the correct thing to do but we have had no problems and the kitchen is well ventilated (called windows).

Wish list - ARB steel bull bar, 2 inch lift, dual battery system, snorkel, milford cargo barrier, black widow rear draw system and rear lockers as well as new bash plates for the ones I have trashed. Oh and yes a 150!!!

Re: Webber Baby Q
We have the mid sized - one up from the baby Q.
This model's got the option of higher lid and temp guage ( which we got ) which makes it easy to do big roasts.
I took ours away last time we did maintenance on the High Country huts found it's great for feeding 4-6 blokes - saves destroying the fire for coals for the camp ovens.
The TV ad for the Q makes me laugh though - the metrosexual bloke says "we love our Q, we even take it with us when we go down to the beach house". What, doesn't everyone have a beach house. :? And if you can afford a beach house surely you can afford a second barbecue.Cheers, Wayne

Re: Webber Baby Q
Our Weber Q200 arrived on Saturday ( ) and was christened later that night. Top little piece of gear. Can't wait to use while camping with the camper trailer. Will be a great addition to the kitchen set-up.
The Q200 took only a couple of minutes to set up from the box. Just screw on the handle and hinge the lid. Then only need to place the hotplate grill inside, drip tray underneath before connecting the gas and your away.
Even the kids said the food was cooked perfectly (thanks guys) - along with that great BBQ taste.
Highly recommended.[B][SIZE=4]ntp

Re: Webber Baby Q
We saw one of these babies in action today at one of the local camping stores, they were having a sale and we were cooking sausages ALL day to feed there customers - fundraiser for our scouts at their store 8) Anyway they were making scones in it YUMMO!!! Have to give it a go in our little bbq - it's not a weber though but it proves these little babies aren't just for snags and steaks 8) 8)

Webber Baby Q CLeaning
Hey all,
I have had my Baby Q120 for a few months now and cook on it at least twice a week. Absolutey wicked food is produced. Due to the usage it got very dirty with the fat and greasy texture that all BBQ's get. combine that with the dust we have up here.
I had read elsewhere that ovencleaner can be used and the like, so I folllowed another persons method.
Remove gas and place unit outside or in a clear space.
Remove plate and clean separately - hot water and brush.
I remove the burner and cleaned in hot soapy water with a scourer and let dry.
Spray oven cleaner for 30mins. This is where I came unstuck - 10 or so mins would have been fine the paint under the hood started to run when I rubbed my finger on it after the 30 mins, So 10mins would be ample, pretty potent stuff old oven cleaner.
Once time elapsed, spray down with the hose and voila, almost brand new unit again.
Hope this helps someone...
