    Hey guys.

    hope this isn't seen as spam, because I genuinely believe there's someone out there reading this that may fit this bill. And as companies lay people off we're actively looking to employ two new people.

    Want to write for 4WD magazines? Here’s your chance.

    4WD Action and 4WD Custom Guide are Australia’s leading 4WD enthusiast and lifestyle magazines with a combined readership of 260,000+ are looking for 2 motivated and well organised individuals to join their dynamic team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for organising, researching and writing feature stories for the magazines.

    To qualify for an interview must be able to demonstrate the following:
    • Mature attitude and the ability to work hard
    • Work well in team environment
    • Excellent organisational skills
    • Solid communication skills
    • A flair for writing
    • A passion for 4WDing
    • Good knowledge of 4WDs and the 4WD community.

    We want 2 motivated 4WD enthusiasts who are passionate about writing about their favourite lifestyle.

      Sounds like a blast Brendan,

      But why in this day and age of modern communications couldn’t you employ people from anywhere in the country and run a virtual team? I am sure that would open you up to many more potential recruits, not to mention having people on the ground in other locations.

        I'm with you mate, but the fact is the way the magazine and our company runs, it's 100% easier if someone's inhouse. Trust me, we've been there and tried it and it just makes things harder. There's so many little things that need to be done day to day, that only get delayed by email or phone.
