Thought this may be of interest to others. A couple of days ago the fuel filter light came on as well as an annoying buzzer in the background. Naturally enough I was in a hurry and running late and had to drive from one side of Perth to the other and back again. Caught in late afternoon traffic I couldnt find anywhere to pull over so had to keep driving. Eventually I found a car park and pulled over, then it started to pour. :cry: Anyway, this is what I pumped out of the fuel filter. :shock:
Not sure where I picked it up from, I had just filled up the day before but changed over to the reserve tank as I hadnt used it for a while. There is a good possiblilty its fuel from Newman. Thats water on the bottom and diesel floating on the top.
