I've been stung before also, my pics have been taken from Pradopoint and used on both Ebay, and the Facebook PP page. No skin off my nose as I don't make a living out of my pics, but it would be nice if people asked. It's just rude plain rude and in the case of using the picture to advertise something for sale, it's misleading.

As mentioned by Flyingbushpig, unless taking the pics as part of a contract or employment, the photographer generally retains copyright and someone else using them for commercial gain is illegal.
