Who doesn't like a good cheese platter with a great wine? Well try a few different types of cheese with a variety of beers. You would be amazed at the flavors enhanced by the combination. Might be surprised to find a new beer you like, and er ... cheese.
The best beer, talking Australian right, comes out of Tassie. Boags makes it in limited runs similar to an English Ale. Can't be brought on the mainland so the next trip to the apple isle is gunna involve towing a one tonne trailer on the return trip.

Sad to see Swan Brewery go - bit of an icon round my 'hood.
Not only does it have the brewery, it has a golf course attached (3 holes) and right next door is WASP Paintball. Played there last Saturday for a bucks party and can highly recommend them!
