Heading across from Inskip Point about 3.00 pm this Sunday, (high tide is in the middle of the day) would I be able to get around Hook Point and up the eastern beach at this time?

Hard to say, High tide is listed as 1.9 m at 11.30.
It's not a "high" high tide, can be as much as 2.7 m, which is in your favour.
I think you will be ok or within an hour of ok but I'd ask the barge people on the day, predictions are just that.Comment
