Anzac Day in D'Aguilar National Park (Mt Mee)

Had a great day out today with Jeffers in the D'Aguilar National Park following the Dirty Weekends book throught the Mount Mee forest trail.

There were a few creek crossings and a few muddy holes but overall it was quite dry and dusty.







All "hard/black" tracks were closed so we tackled all the medium tracks that were available without any issues.

Great book with a lot of detail including Lat/Long GPS points for every landmark and turnoff.

Plenty of dust around throughout the 300km round trip from Ipswich and back via Kilcoy and Somerset.

Finished off with a wash in the Somerset dam at the Spit....

Nice work VeeZeeSS,

We had a great day and was my first chance the get a bit of mud on the new bus...

Glad I took the mrs along, as now she has a bit of an understanding as to why some mods are needed, so approval has been granted, THUMBS UP ALL ROUND!!!

Looking forward to the next trip, and hopefully get a few more cars to come along next time!
