Hi all,
A mate of mine recently aquired a very cheap landie and with some even cheaper mods (2" lift and small bf's and a $10 snorkle) we headed out to test it. While we were their another mate wanted to test run his dodgy LS1 Gu Patrol...
As recovery vechicals we had a 07 Sr5 hilux and a 60 series cruiser with a turbo big enough to suck in small children.
After the first test run, it was decided bigger wheels were needed (the 28" bfs were just not going to cut it) so 32" bighorns went on and another test run was carried out but with an addition of a new triton and about $13,000 of new toys on it (but they didn't help).
As the videos show this is no place for if you like your car. My prado only survied because i was scared of what the missus would do if i came home with it full of water again lol....
