Last week at Yulara ulp was 211.9 premium was 220.9 and diesel 212.9Originally posted by MDS69 View PostGreat stuff. Keep it coming. Did you happen to notice how much ULP was at Mt Dare or Yulara. How far from Dalhousie was your first stop. Did you buy fruit or vegies in Yulara and if so what was the variety and quality like. Appreciate any info you might be able to pass on.
They had a good variety of everything at the IGA store and not that much more expensive than other rural IGAs.
Don't take any fruit or veggies through SA even if you buy them in SA.

Good stuff!
A bit of it brings back memories from our previous trips, other parts we are yet to see. Really makes me want to pack up and head of again.

Great report with some good info and tips, just for the record, my wife and i have just spent four days working at Mt Dare pub ( 28th August-2nd sept) and drove out last night to Kulgera after having family issues we need to deal with in QLD. We towed our caravan in from kulgera along the Finke road (150ks) then onto Mt Dare 100 ks and encountered really bad corrugations and some very deep soft sand areas with ruts and sudden dips. After some good advice from Jeff at Mt dare i dropped the tire pressures down further to 20 psi on the front and 24psi on the rear and also dropped the caravan pressures down from 30 psi to 25 psi and have a much smoother ride out yestereday.
Cheers to all Wazza (frederick)
