Keen as #### tyres are currently being sorted and watching a winch at the moment, what are your thoughts, base camp from Dandos and play around Gellibrand and across to Forrest? It's been a while but Forrest used to be our playground! Will most likely be bringing the little troops!

Cool, base camp is probably a good idea, Dandos also could be the go. Anyone else have a preferance for camp area? im easy.... :-) Last time we stayed at Forrest c/p and spent time across the road at the pub (the best rissoles). Mainly beacuse it was raining all week and freezing. The loose plan is, Quick play to get a first coat of mud on friday after camp is set up, then a fun playday saturday, then cruise back on a few easy tracks towards Anglesea Sunday.

We used to camp in down the back of Barwon Downs @ Mackies Creek, beaut spot, no facilities and probably only room for five or six camp spots, used to do it quite often with a group of four. Good access to Fork paddocks, noonday, but has been a while since I was there. Stephensons falls attracts too many tools, Lake Elizabeth also has a small campground.. But must admit it's probably nearly 10 years since i've been down there.. Way too long, great feeling to have a 4WD (or should that be $wd) again!

I maybe be able to attend, but only overnight (Friday night) as I already have a prior commitment with my 4WD Club - in Moonambel (near Avoca)

Please advise location, and if space is ok for my Tvan.

Dont think i'll be camping at this stage, so hoping to get either sat or sun for a day trip...will there be a meeting spot or do we head for the camp spot??
