Great trip and great company... Thanks #### for putting this together !! was good to catch up with some new PPs and families/friends of-course.
Unfortunately I didn't had a happy ending.. mine came home on a tow truck

Rear air suspension does not work at all and sitting on it's arse now.

Bugger, what happened?

No idea mate!! It went to low setting automatically and wouldn't come up. Turned off the ignition on again, it worked fine for couple of minutes before it went down again and stopped on the rubber stops. Then nothing at all.. can't hear the compressor and height controllers don't do anything. The indicator shows it's in "N" height.

Hope that's a easy fix mate and you wouldn't of seen anything underneath with all the mud.

Around midday we were in a playground near Anglesea, first noticed the ass dragging before Shan (the man :-) drove his vehicle up a pretty extreme hill, he backed it down, it pumped up, then he drove up the hill, after a quick winch 1/4 of the way up after slipping into a hole.
At the top it was still ok, then a few had a bit of a play in some shallow mud/water



Shortly afterwards it was on the bump stops as never went up since.good work getting up the hill!

Very Unfortunate, but i think better now and there than on his trip next week, mid trip? A lot further from home?

What a PIA for Shan.. I'm definitely keen to do a few more trips, might ask Santa for suspension first! The cook says she'll slowly get used to it. She was a bit scared coming down Cowley link. Did you do the link in reverse on Sunday Anthony?

Sorry to hear of your probs Shan , maybe you got an air leak in the airbag, happens on the Disco's...maybe you should consider changing to coils. Hope it's an easy & cheap fix for you & wont interfere with the Robe trip.

We had a fair shower on Saturday night.
Traction was ok Saturday, but I think the wet would have caused us more grief than fun so after a drivers meeting near the track as we were going past, one was keen one was reactant 3 weren't too fussed either way, personally i was on the side of not.
I'm glad the one person was happy to say they would rather not try it.
I thought it was best to stick together, so we happily moved on to the best ocean view on the coast.

Hi Josh, yeah I was listening to the rain also.
The more I think about it, jeez I'm glad we didn't try it, I know how slippery the otways can get when wet.
Out of the creek may have been the hardest part, but 20degrees up & rutted some past our clearance for the next kilometer might have been some super long winching. The only time I will be driving up there is if it's dry, after that, the next time we can add a little wetness.

Will have to have a go at it some other time.

added a few pics in my last few posts. didnt really get any of the good tracks hey, i think we were busy driving
