Looks like a wild day trip in some wild weather
Weather like that is one of the main reasons when choosing tyres for my 90 series I went overly aggressive and bought the Cooper ST's and then the Maxx's. I'm not a fan of uncontrolled sideways movement. The only thing that stopped Zowie and myself heading down a steep, wooded slope at LCMP was a tree stump so for me... was better to be safe than sorry.

Hope I didn't offend, in the end you did allow me to take the photo. It's all in good fun and your mishap I mean training exercise was a lesson for us all on how to recover a vehicle safely. For me I can see the need for a chain to be added to my recovery kit and a set of Maxtrax is on the wish list along with Craig's holders.

Speaking of Craig I believe special thanks should go out to him. At every obstacle he was there willing and able to accurately and safely guide us down. For those who have done this for others it's not an easy task as your asking someone who's driving blind to trust you and often a person who does not know you and your abilities. Job well done Craig.

Hi guys

I too want to thank gumboot for organising this trip. It was great meeting other fellow pradopoint members. You guys were great. It was definetly a day full of challenges. Need to get off slicks and onto Cooper or MT tyres soon. A special thanks must also go to Fabes(Shane) for his help on the day as well as craigm. You guys are great.

Looking forward to our next adventure.
