Looks like there'll be storms Saturday and light rain Sunday so the tracks should be a little slippery without being too boggy. Sounds like it'll be a cracker of a trip. You should try for a before and after photo. Line them all up at the start when they're clean and again at the end covered in mud. I'm kicking myself for not being able to re-organise to come along. Hope you have a great time.

Still on for Sunday. Ronan (Son) and I will meet up with Hazza & Co for a quick brew at the Golden Arches at Beaudesert around 8'ish. City View is only approx 15min from there.
Saturday Update: All go for tomorrow.
Just got off the phone with CityView, they only had a few light showers this morning which settled the dust. (It bucketed down in Brisbane this morning). A few showers are forecast again for tommorrow, so I would bring some wet weather gear just in-case.
Cheers
Robert

Thanks Robert. I dare say that it's been so dry lately that the ground is just going to soak up any rain that we have in the next few days. Like CityView said. It'll settle the dust but better to be prepared anyway...
Looking forward to it. Bit of mud will make it interseting.

Hope those of you who continued weren't too affected by that second storm cell (after the fun we had with the first one I guess you could tackle almost anything though). It tracked with us the whole way back to the north side of Bris.
Thanks for a great day everyone and thanks Rob for organizing the day.
Couldn't agree more about a great day. Mother nature sure tried her hardest, but with no success. Thanks Rob for organising the day and to everyone else for making it so enjoyable. Looking forward to catching up with you all again next time. Will past a few pics shortly.
