    Looks like i'd have to break into a sweat to put that stuff on.
    May resort to a full detail if i sell it like the last one. I've found the more mud you leave on the vehicle the better the UV protection for your cars paint job.

      So the plan looks like frys and you still looking at going up on the 22nd meeting your parents up there and brother .
      I should be coming with you on that day and meeting my parents up there also .

        We are getting gear ready. I may have the opportunity to get away Friday arvo not sure yet. If we can have a better chance of bagging a good spot. Looks like the area needed is growing. I have pdf'ed some maps which I can send, if needed.

          No drama if you can get away Friday
          I will have camper trailer , my parents would be in avan .
          If weasel4x4 can get up he would bring his camper trailer . Mick we will make room .

          If anyone else wants to come up for a few days let us know

            Have been thinking about some areas to visit, most I have not been to for well over 10yrs.
            At this stage I'd like to hit Craig's Hut and the summits(Mt Stirling and Buller).
            Up to Bluff hut and walk to the bluff summit.
            A quick squiz at Pineapple flat, along with Cobler Lake and Mt Speculation.
            Then there is also Bindaree falls, the tunnel closer to camp, as well as some fly fishing and gold panning to fit in.
            Hope a week is enough time

              Its a good drive from Mt Buller across to Craigs Hut via the clear hills track. Did it earlier in the year and i think it goes through Mt Stirling, Howqua Gap Hut and Bluff Spur Hut. Some great views.

                          Had a report from the advanced party it's getting chockas up there.
                          Looked at Sheepyard and couldn't find anywhere decent. People were turning up left right and centre.
                          Ended up at Fry's, been told you have to go over the bridge at Sheepyard and turn right to get to Frys at the moment.
                          There are signs out to guide you. Nothing on the parks site about that.
                          Hoping there is some room left by the time we get there.
                          I'm guessing a lot are putting up camp now then heading back home for Christmas and will return Boxing Day.

                          Lot's of biting insects about so bring lots of spray.

                            That's the only way i knew how to get in there (apart from cutting across from Running Creek). We're still on for Boxing Day.

                            Busy weekend planned at work............installing the cabling for the dual batteries and running the auxillary supply down the back to keep the beer cool in the camper, as long as the parts turn up before then. May even have a look at mounting the new 15" roof mounted DVD player to keep the kids happy on the way up there if there's time.
