There will be bugger all traffic on the roads early as everyone will be hammered and sleeping.

Any traffic will be heading back from the coast anyway! Some come on Vic PPers let's start 2013 with a day run to tidy up some unfinished 2012 business! We can always go for a swim after or have fish and chips on the beach!

A nice day, very quiet going down and on the tracks. We drove the tracks we wanted to, it was good fun.
ran into a bit of traffic on the way home, like a carpark from aireys inlet, so i had to turn back and head up a powerline track and numerous other track in Anglesea heath to get home, what a lot of fun, I think we need a nice easy family day out at the back of anglesea. a few fun tracks including some sandy ones.

Hey Guys I missed you down there. I was at Cumberland River. We normally go and play around at Jamison Track, Wye Track and Curtis Track and then try around Gentle Annie. Looks like you had a lot of fun. I need to get out on a Vic trip soon.

Is Noonday still a hardcore track?

Hi guys, I think noonday is shut up.
We did wye and Curtis in our little trek, good tracks that will become very slippery when wet, so far I have been on them dry and way too wet, just need a medium to have some fun on those.
We did gentle Annie in November it's pretty easy, but leads to a great view.
Pretty sure Jamison is a dirt road, lots seem to be going that way.
                  That is closed, or bulldozed.

It would be great to meet you guys on a trip, we are getting a good little group on here of Vic pp's.

Would be great to get together. Wye track is ALOT of fun in the wet but a little crazy but I have only done Curtis in the dry. We came down to the top of the big drop before the river and chickened out. I have however been up Curtis the other way when we had some light drissel and I am glad I have lockers and a winch. Yeah I think Nooday has been shut for a year now. I need to contact Parks again and see when its going to open up again. Jamison and Godfey are easy tracks in the dry but when they are wet they are a lot of good fun. I work down there quite a bit for work and can get access to most of the Otways.

Hope you all have a great 2013 and that we can get out all together a bit. Cheers.

Pity, it was a good sphincter clenching track in the wet.

                      This was in '99.

No 1 spur and Noonday are both closed, was probably around that time D4D when I was last down at noonday, had a ball in that same hole in the march long weekend, came back a few weeks later at Easter to find it has been dozed and blue metalled. Same thing happened yesterday on the top end of Cowley link dozer had been through from Delany end stopping just before the creek. Luckily they hadn't been down from Cowley end so it still gave us some good ruts to play in as we climbed out of the creek! Wye track looks like good fun when wet. It's definetly on the run sheet for our next Otway trip! So watch out for it and join in on the action!
