No nude for the whales this trip
Few of us got some colour yesterday.
A few beers over a few hours, it get processed just as fast, unless you are putting one down every 15 minutes.
I think you were ok, otherwise you wouldn't have found your car keys till the morning.
The copper doesn't know your on a natural high
When I topped up at noosaville, 505k 49.7lt in the 1kz.
I'm expecting much worse on the next top up, (sand) will let you know after the trip home.
My view from where I woke up this morning

you should be fine getting up to sandy cape, the cut through at Sth Ngkala rocks is easy getting there. Coming back may require some heavy right foot, unless you take the cut through that is further north (there are 3 in total) the one further north is a longer track and will give you some nice scratches though. The second cut through would be my pick, you get a fair bit of traction after the step up and can make it around the little corner of soft stuff and crack on.Originally posted by JPH View PostCamping up @ Ocean Lakes Camping Zone

Plan for Wednesday is to try to make it to the Sandy Cape and then head back towards Cathedrals...
the north Ngkala rocks is only a small amount of rock crawling, easy too, some of them can be passed at low tide. take a rod up the top, plenty of fish around atm, just watch out for the sharks - lots of them too....Last edited by ScoticusMaximus; 24-04-2013, 07:30 AM.
