dont know if it has been covered b4 but has anyone considered an annual get together for all pp members. somewhere central or all pp members from north,south,east and west. what does everyone think? somewhere we can all talk crap/ drink beer/wine/spirit/water or what ever is your poison. just a thought, what does everyone thing?.

The idea is great.
The only thing we had that we made sound like a Nationwide meetup was when a group of New South Welshies took us for a trip through the Blue Mountains when we were on our travels.
I don't believe anything more substantial has been attempted ... but I'd be keen to give it a whirl.
I'm thinking it would need to be planned up to a year in advance to give blokes (and gals) a chance to book holidays etc ....
Keep the idea floating .. who knows what momentum it will gather.

great idea .the problem we find in tropical north not enough members here for get togethers.. makes us envious when you w.a guys hook up all the time and were flat out meeting one driver.....
id be happy to take a trip though...

In October we are going from Perth WA to Phillip Island to see the MOTOGP, then Sydney for a few days then Bathurst for the V8 1000, then back to Perth.
Allmost Nationwide. Anyone want to tag along? Or meet up at the various venues?Reminds me of my safari in Africa. Somebody forgot the corkscrew and for several days we had to live on nothing but food and water.

Just to add another slant to this idea of Samo's.
What about a big PP road trip, one that started say somewhere around Sydney then went to Alice Springs then back tthrough Brisbane to Sydney?
It could be done so that you signed up for the whole trip or just certain parts of the trip depending on how much time you had off and could afford to spend doing it.Roll on the 2010 Pradopoint GTG
