Maybe stubby wanted a Jack or Jim rather than a coke?

          Geoff

Im not Bogged - I've just lost traction. . . . . and now I'm showing the wife why I bought those Maxtrax, and the tyre deflator, and the compressor, and the bullbar, and the winch, and a lot of other goodies I've hidden in the Prado

First off, I'm not really a beer drinker. I got two of these thinking I could use them with cans of coke or bottles of water but they don't fit either. A bit disappointing but they are sold as Stubby Holders. I actually got some Hahn Light on the weekend and grabbed one of the Stubby Holders thinking that I could use it for the first time but they don't fit that either (not long enough to go round and have the velcro overlap). Am I missing something here? Like I said, I'm not much of a beer drinker so not familiar with bottle sizes - are there different sizes of stubby?

Yes unfortunately they're a little bit tight! Wozclean was looking into it I believe. You can back of the Velcro and it'll fit on a stubby, but if they're too tight you can crush a can jut trying to get it on!

              Cheers JPH

No your not missing anything, well other than the usual fully functioning stubby holder.
I reported this issue some time ago. Like we said if we stick to beer bottles its ok.

                I much prefer one that:

                1.) a can fits in.
2.) one that is round that I don't have to Velcro up.
3.) has a bottom on it.

                Try some vas!

Had a great trip across the simpson..while refueling at Oodanatta Roadhouse Stubby thought he would chat up one of the locals....Stubby & Pinky had a great time at one of the local springs.....what was even more amazing was that Pinky decided to quit her job at the roadhouse and come with us!

Im a beer drinker and have no problems with stubbys or tinnies....lets keep this thread on topic....its about your travels having a drink....nuff said.
