More superb pics Dave, thanks. Should the title be changed to Bushie's up the Guts Tour and left a bit?

Yes, but the bride insisted she wanted fish and chips on the beach for dinner. It was her birthday, and you and me know that SWMBO gets what SWMBO wants.

Across a big bit, up a bit, down a bit, across the other way a bit, down a bit more and across a little bit. Doesn't really sound right.

The pic of the police station, where was that? Nullagine or Marble Bar? I don't recall it

Marble Bar. And the old court house is supposed to be haunted.

Agree totally. I loved my short visit to Broome. I found the Pearl Divers cemetery strangely, starkly beautiful. One of my favourite man made 'things' I've visited so far in Australia.

Great trip report and great photos.

Bushie, thanks for posting this report, some great pics that really capture the scenery. Sounds like you guys had a great time, and the Prado did it's job. Only problem is it makes me want to get back out there!

Yes, can't wait until April next year: Kal to Vic GTG to NSW to Brisvegas for Anzac Day and then a quick drive back to Kal via the direct route through to Birdsville I think.
