Alrighty folks, sounds good! Seeing as we’re getting down to the pointy end of the year do we set a date for early 2009 or do we think we can squeeze something in before the end of the year?
Personally, things are getting busy already but if we have some ideas im happy to try and work in!
So any thoughts, do we want just a low key catch-up or do we want to do a trip?
Id go either, depending on timing. Im coming from the south west, dieselman, youre still up north aren’t you?

Still up north yes, something around the Pyrenees,Avoca way or Otways would be the go.

Alrighty then, with the festive season and its associated parties in mind, should we try for a November meet?
Just to get the ball rolling, how does the 8th of November sound? Is that too soon for people????

Location wise, Avoca/Pyrenees has a few tracks through the mountains. Mt Buangor/Mt Cole near Ararat on the western highway is also good. This is mob rule so please feel free to suggest somewhere else.

I don't think i'll be able to make it that weekend, I'm away the previous weekend, and I really must start my kitchen renovation, so I can finish it by christmas.

You can always put off the renovations for another week. I'm sure that wont hurt! I also have some renovations to do before christmas but 4x4ing is alot more fun 8)

Dieselman and i are country vic, north and south respectively, im happy to travel but if its only a day trip i need to consider the return trip which is never any fun :x
Anyone got any ideas thats central for everyone?
