    Hi there,
I would love to attend this trip also, either day would be great for me, but only in February if this could be accommodated

I might be keen if it's the January date. The feb one is my wife's birthday so I'd probably be out for that one.

G'day Ian, we knew that we wouldn't be able to accommodate everyone's wishes for this one so for sure we'll do another day in the not too distant future, just don' t have any solid dates/plans as yet.

Hi guys, sorry I have been a bit quiet lately, sadly work seems to have got in the way of recreation. I've been reminded to add the PradoPoint disclaimer to the first thread, which I now direct you all to as a matter of course.

Forecast for this weekend here is 32 degrees and fine so shouldn't be any issues with it being too wet. (not that that is ever a problem for some)

Also, as we will effectively be 'out bush' and unsure of what time we might be near shops etc, it would be advisable to bring your lunch, snacks and drinks with you.

Hey Ian, PM me closer to your trip time and I'll see what I'm doing and might be able to tee up a quick get together down that way.

Sounds good to me. If you're still going, I'll come along and possibly a mate in a ranger. Coming from Brisbane so see you Sunday at 9.

I started a meticulous and thorough preparation of my vehicle for this outing many weeks ago, the to do list go's a bit like this

                            - Do not wash it
                            - Do not vacuum

So it looks like I'm just about ready.

I'm with you. I figure all the sand we brought back from Fraser Island should stay there to help soak up any mud we happen upon tomorrow.

SEQ - Toowoomba Bush Track drive day

Thanks for the trip guys. Nice to meet up with some new faces and catch up with old. I've got a few photos to sort through but that'll have to wait a few days.

After we left you guys, we headed to Condamine gorge to check it out. Nice drive but the water level was very low. Some of the crossings were dry and the rest barely wet the rims. We also had to detour on the way back as the road to boonah was closed so we looped over the border and back.

We stopped at boonah to stretch the legs and have some dinner (I didn't get out of eating the quiche but it wasn't bad), and it was nearly 8 by the time we got home. Long day but thoroughly enjoyable. Thanks again.
