Yeah 8 hrs. Probably leave at 6:30 to give plenty of time. Meet at the KFC by the west gate bridge sounds like the go.
Just replaced the steering rack mount bushes. Wheel align tomorrow then service and start packing. Real keen

My plans will depend on accommodation on the Friday night. Maybe we should drop on into the pub and check it out on Sunday as to the availability of rooms next Friday. On the Saturday I am happy to try my luck at sleeping out somewhere in the snow. Alternatively we could always spend the weekend at O'Tooles or similar camping area in the valley there. I may also look at driving up early on the Saturday to meet you at the suggested meeting point and time.

We should talk more on Sunday as to the possibilities.

Yeah it would be a good idea to check with the pub at Erica. Like Kurt suggested it would be good if you guys had the chance to check it out tomorrow and then we could book some rooms maybe.

Good solid 30-40 cm of snow mostly but some areas were deeper and fun. Videos to come.

It was a lot of fun and I could not go tomorrow so made our own trip. We were the first ones on the mountain (very early) and we got the chance to make our own tracks which is always the best and lots of fun. You will make it one day Fido. We were driving non-stop from 6am till getting home at 430pm with the only stop to replace my rear shocker bush AGAIN. Stupid thing keeps wearing out. Lucky I carry spares now just in case it happens.

Bad luck on the shocker but I bet you still had a smile on your face when you got home, looks like a great day! Yeah we will make it one day, hopefully before all the snow is gone.

No we had a few moments but no recoveries needed. Just dropped pressures more and engaged the lockers!!. We were able to stay on top when we were not having too much fun cutting it up!!
