I was wondering if it was just me when I was out there. You get stuck, you reverse back, give it a go, get a weird angle, freak out, try 2 more times, get out of the car, freak out again, let more air out, reverse back crank it up and smash it. Apparently it's not just me who had those thoughts...

Man there were some crazy angles and slides going on today.

What a long way to travel & have this happen on the first night.







Ben came from s.a & the vehicle was parked for the trip, not ideal, we got it back to my workshop last night & after a bit of a sleep in, temporarily sorted it out & Ben was on the way home around lunchtime today.
Growse trip again, & I think everyone had a ripper of a time again. Don't think Ben would take it back if he had the option.

Video of a short track that James and I did. Was lots of fun. Good steep section with a rock ledge hidden by snow at the end that I nearly got stuck on. Not great quality so I might have another go at editing it.

Great pics all, it just shows how perfect a day it was up there. Brilliant sunshine clear day and pristine snow and driving conditions.

I know that I felt the same after spending all that time cleaning the snow off the hill . I had enough at the time and needed to get out of the car to clear my head after many attempts at making a few feet up sliding down the hill to take another shot.

Second Video of a quick night run to make a phone call from the top of Mt Matlock. I should of had the video going on the way up the mountain when there was no wheel tracks. The ones you see in the video are ours. Sorry for the ticking noise too I think I had the camera too close to the windscreen and it was just taping it.
