Hi everyone,
Time for a Prado point Vic trip.
State & Location: VIC - Healsville, narby area.
WHEN:
Sunday 23rd November.
WHERE:
Meeting at 8.30am in Healsville @ beechworth bakery. Big Breakky/lunch :-)
1st make our way to a cool track, drive-able last time, I'd rate it difficult as far as parks Vic ratings go. It's a bit rough, but ok.
Then across the highway to one that's a bit harder, well very hard last time I was there, only did a few hundred meters if it & gave it away.
Been meaning to get back there, well this is it! Be prepared for anything. Traction control & lockers might need to be used.
TRIP DIFFICULTY:
Difficult
The second hard track I have not completed, so unknown, but it is written up as drivable with capable vehicles. It's a bit washed out & very rough.
You will need to use skill & pick your line. Definately a challenge I think.
VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS:
Snatch strap, Rated shackles, First Aid kit
Lift, shovel, fire ext, water, chainsaw.
Lockers might come in handy.
