since no one was up for it, i did a solo run.

i did the hill climb  love looking at nothing but sky, then land then sky.
if it is dry most will be able to do this, but if it rains, forget it. it's all red clay.
hoping it will be dry to get most up unassisted, and we'll snatch the rest up.

this was good to go around. drops down about 1.5mtrs. it's all over if that happens.

when i stopped for a good look, i got a reminder of what can happen.
checking the depth and how hard the base is, i found a broken snatch/winch strap.
now i really am not sure if i should do this, with no phone reception and no other vehicle to help.
this took a lot of guts to do this solo (lucky i have extra of this  )
but a bit of momentum and "i don't want to get dirty" i was straight out.
as the shadows were getting longer, it was time to head for home.

            i've heard some bad news.
i'm told the boghole and some deep splashes have been bulldozed and graded.
will be going for a quick dash on monday arvo to check, but not happy if it is.
            i'll report back monday night

did a run out this arvo and found the boghole bulldozed, graded and rolled.

but i did find some other good tracks that will keep us busy for the morning,
so it will be a good morning of exploring, as it was getting too dark tonight to continue, so
i've left it for us all to check out on sunday

so those that are interested let me know and i'll do a list.
                  it will be good.
those that are standard in height, will rub the clay/dirt in a couple of spots,
but use the steering wheel and steer around and you'll be ok.
i'm packing all my recovery gear, just in case, but should be easy.
i must let people know, that the arvo section we've recci'ed out, gets narrow and could leave some light rubbing, but if people are concerned
about it, we'll go explore other tracks.
the weather forecast is looking perfect for a good day.
so let me know who is up for it

we used 16 last time, so we use it again.
                          for those that are coming,
exit the F3 freeway at sparks Rd and turn west.
the meet-up is 500-600 mts from freeway.
                          don't miss the exit.
what time time suits everyone, considering some people are travelling
                          for it, 8.30/9.00/9.30?
                          let me know

8:30 is good for us. With a 3 year old, we're up at sparrows fart anyway.
